Who are we? 
We
are a family run business specialised on construction
and sale of traditional cycladic style houses, apartments,
and luxury villas on the Greek island of Paros.
The island has a very international community and
we are building and selling houses for customers around
the globe!
Since
we are the constructors you won't pay any commission
if you decide to purchase one of our properties directly
from us.
We
are especially proud of our customer care:
before your arrival we are trying to provide as much
information as possible about the properties and the
island. However we find it crucially important
that you see the property you are intend
to buy before putting down any deposit to avoid dissapointment!
That's why we support your stay on the island
and try to help organising your trip as much as we
can. Upon arrival we can accomodate you and your family
in one of the hotels of the company for a small price
and show you around Paros so you get to know not just
the properties, but can get a glance of the local
lifestyle too. After deciding on one of our properties,
you can be sure that you are not left alone if something
goes wrong. If the heating breaks down, a tile breaks
and need to be replaced or you just need advice on
something we are there for you to sort out the problem
quickly and efficiently. It can happen in the future
that you decide the property you have bought from
us is not appropriate for you any more. We offer uniqe
house swapping service, so that you
can give back your old apartmant and swap it for a
bigger house and pay only the difference. In this
way you do not have to be bothered with selling it,
we will buy it from you on a good price.
You
have probably spent holidays in Greece and might have
some good and bad experiences about Greek people.
It's
hard to built trust throughout the Internet but the
most important thing that you have to know is that
in a small community like Paros only those companies
are able to stay alive and operate successfully that
are honest and reliable towards not just customers
but also towards another participants of the market.
We are in this business for 20 years and would like
to carry on for at least a few generations. So if

where you can safely let the kids to wander around

What
are we building?
Villas
and apartments that are built entirely or
partially from beautiful local stone and marble. Our
customers are not extremely wealthy millionaires but
ordinary people whom buying real estate is a hard
decision and financially strenuous. That's why we
are offering a wide range of properties from the cheapest
apartments to luxury villas. There is one thing that
we are not making compromises: the quality of the
building material. If one of our buildings is cheaper
than the other is because it has a smaller living
area, hasn't got seaside location or have less facilities.
