1. About our property prices
It is important to emphasize, that our company is
very flexible with payments. Prices are negotiable
depending on the method of payment. In some cases
we can offer you to pay installments with variable
instalment terms.
2. Greek Mortgages
We have very good connections with most of the major
banks in Greece and can help you get into contact
with them. It is very common, easy and a cheap
to apply for a housing loan in Greece, most of
our clients go for it!
About Greek mortgages:
Includes Greek mainland and all islands
except Cyprus on residential property.
If you are purchasing a property
in Greece, Greek Mortgages are available for the majority
of Nationalities for either House Purchase or re-financing
for Home Improvements (other purposes on a case by
case basis).
Type of Greek Mortgage: Repayment
Mortgage only
No Maximum, but must not
exceed 80% of valuation or purchase price (whichever
is the lower).
Proof of Income: required
in all cases (can be made up of Earned Income, Pension,
Investment or Rental Income. Please note however,
it is not always the case that the Lender will take
all or part of these Incomes into account when determining
the maximum loan available).
Insurance: All Greek mortgages
have to be accompanied by building insurance. The
type of insurance required, varies among different
lenders but the minimum is cover for fire and earthquake.
Insurance premiums are much lower in Greece than other
European countries and the amount insured equals the
re-building cost of the property.
Term: Maximum 25 years -
up to age 73
Currency: Euros, US Dollars
and Sterling only
Current Variable Interest Rate is
approximate 4.5%. Fixed Rate loans are also available
from three to years.
